Upcycled lighting fixtures

Lighting fixtures really matter in my opinion, they can bring a room to a whole new level if they're nice, just like the right jewellry can dress up a plain little black dress. Here are a couple upcycling (or diy) ideas.

The Bubble Chandelier designed by Jean Pelle (jeanpelle.com) can easily be made using large light bulbs only although the original design utilizes glass balls as well as huge light bulbs

This lighting fixture seens to be made with yarn (possibly via Emmas designblogg ?)

This is probably something expensive and fancy but I guess someone patient could easily copy this design

Great use of that old stained tablecloth?

Over a meter in width, the "Ella" plastic bottle chandelier by Sarah Turner would look great in a large room. I wonder how it looks on the inside though -via Inhabitat

The "Hangelier" by Alex Witko (via Inhabitat) will definately go up in the huge walk in closet I plan to have some very fine day.

This chandelier is made from disposable plastic coffee stirrers (Studio Verissimo via Inhabitat).
